Over 20 years ago Dixie Mitchell a highly professional qualified Real Estate Agent founded her own agency, IPP SPAIN.
In 2014 Dixie’s son Alex Mitchell joined the company and was instrumental in helping the agency grow. Alex has since become responsible for Marketing and Operations at IPP SPAIN.
IPP SPAIN is a well-recognized and trusted Agency, fully committed to the sector and focused on professional ethics.
In the early part of 2020 Dixie and Alex decided to open a second office, focused in the luxury real estate market using her family name, and Mitchells Prestige Properties was born.
The agency concentrates on high end value properties primarily located between Marbella and Sotogrande areas.
The office is located in El Rosario Marbella, and immediately achieved substantial success with the help of a fantastic team of professional agents from different nationalities, all bilingual in English and Spanish.
