In many countries, estate agents have their own property listings, so you have to go from agency to agency to find the properties you want to view. In Spain it is very different. Once you have instructed us, we will do all of the leg work for you. All we will need to do is take down your criteria, in order to prepare a selection of properties to start the process. Once you have narrowed it down to a prime selection, we will follow this by arranging viewings via zoom or in person.
For example, if you see a property which is advertised online by another agency, please make sure you send that link to us, your favoured real estate agent, and then we can gather all the details you require – floor plans, location, more photographs, videos, legal information of the property, to ensure you are heading in the right direction.
If you respond or request information from the link you find online then that agency that posted the link will ´claim´you as a client and we will not be able to assist with that particular property.
More Enjoyable
So, if you do that with five to 10 agencies, then you could be having to manage and coordinate viewings with five to 10 different agencies in the short time you are in the country for viewings. It can get very stressful. So few people are aware of this when they start looking for property here in Spain that they can get in a pickle.
