Eden is located in one of the most extraordinary enclaves of Mijas, a natural promontion with unbeatable views over the coast of Malaga.
The Costa del Sol is known worldwide as the Costa del Golf. And it is not just a play on words. The exceptional climatic conditions have enabled the largest concentration of golf courses in Europe. Its more than 70 courses are not only a unique offering, but also a challenge for the most experienced golfers. But there is much more than just golf.
From polo to tennis, paddle tennis and any water sport, including scuba diving. A wide range of maritime leisure that has its counterbalance in the possibility of practicing mountain sports, thanks to the proximity of the Sierra Bermeja and its height of almost 1,500 meters. Finally, it is worth mentioning the proximity of Marbella, where artists, celebrities and intellectuals have been meeting every summer for decades.
Eden is right in front of the Chaparral beach, a strip of golden sand with crystal clear waters and a perfect seabed for scuba diving.
As it could not be otherwise on the Costa del Sol, Eden is very close to a golf course, the El Chaparral Golf Club.
From sea level and within a few kilometers, the magnificent Sierra Bermeja rises 1,500 meters above Mijas.
The natural richness of the surroundings has led us to create an architecture that is completely integrated into the landscape. We have respected the autochthonous vegetation and the original orography so that Eden is an indissoluble part of the extraordinary coastline of Malaga.
The project
Eden is avant-garde and sustainability. Its privileged location is complemented by an exquisite landscape integration, designed to unite architecture and nature in one unique project.
Eden is harmony between architecture and landscape. Its adaptation to the terrain, its green areas and the winding layout of its roads are resources that do not seek to camouflage the residential area, but to create a whole with the environment. Thus, each of its villas is designed to blur the boundaries between inside and outside, always with the Mediterranean as a backdrop.
Morph Estudio's vision of architecture stems from the desire to create homes that are characterized by a distinctive design and outstanding energy efficiency. And, to achieve this, they work in a multidisciplinary way and combine the most advanced technology with a passion capable of making each project a work of art.
Exterior
Morph Estudio has realized an avant-garde vision of Mediterranean architecture in which straight lines, edges and angles draw an unmistakable profile.
Interior
Light, light and more light. Thanks to the large windows, we can modulate the interiors and include the outdoor spaces. We only have to slide the doors to generate a large social space that includes living room, kitchen and garden.
Communal Areas
The concept of Eden is a rethinking of the traditional resort, combining the privacy of each home with the more social character of the sports club. In it, we will find different wellness and fitness areas and a spectacular swimming pool.
Eden is landscape architecture. An authentic relationship of harmony between the natural environment and the urban environment. A twist on residential architecture to achieve a balance between design and sustainability.
