One of our team will set a date and a time to call you live from your chosen property. If it is a new build, then we will make sure the project manager is there to answer any questions.
If you know the area, then it will just be the property and the urbanisation or community it is situated in that you will be wanting to focus on. But if you don´t know the area, we can show you around the nearby streets, shops and bars too.
We have actually sold properties to people who know the area well on virtual tours, but for most it is about being as proactive as possible before they can physically get out here for face to face viewings.
